Understanding Your Coverage

We are happy to help verify insurance coverage and benefits whenever possible. Individual plans vary in their deductibles, copays, coinsurance, referral requirements, prior authorizations, network restrictions, and coverage for specific services.

Ultimately, patients are responsible for understanding their individual plan and for charges their plan does not cover. Verification of benefits by our office does not guarantee payment by the insurance company.

If you are unsure about your coverage, please call us. Our team will do its best to help you understand what information may be needed before your visit.

VA Community Care

For VA patients

Care through VA Community Care generally requires an appropriate VA referral or authorization. Please check with your VA care team before your visit. Other plans may also require referrals or prior authorization depending on your policy; requirements vary, and authorization does not guarantee payment.
